This has been quite an old news but i thought it is a news that should be read by anyone whom has intention of marketing their product or services in Japan. Japan is one of the few place where Yahoo usage is higher than that of Google.

Currently Yahoo has 57% of the Japan market share while Google has just over 30%. The new tie up however would mean that Yahoo Japan will use Google advertising and distribution system.
